Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Every attempt is made to ship all orders within 2 to 3 business day from the time of placement.  In the event of a backorder, or other delay, attempts will be made to inform the customer.  Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm Central/Standard time.  All shipments are delivered by the carrier or choice, being United Parcel Service, unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment and or/purchase.

Returns

Refund of purchase price will be issued if returned within 7 business days of receipt of shipment.  Products must be in original packing, free from damage, including all documentation, and not modified in anyway. 

Products returned damaged or modified will be subject to a returns restock fee ranging from 20% to 100% if the the return is not in resalable condition.  Intiial shipping cost in not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.  All returns must be authorized via an RGA number.  Please call to request an RGA and discuss the return.
